Ahmer Shaikh is a rising high school senior at Shady Side Academy. While working in the Rossi Lab for his second summer, Ahmer focuses his time and effort towards understanding fixational eye-movements and the greater field of ophthalmology, and aids his fellow lab members in various aspects of their research particularly with data analysis using MatLab software. Ahmer is also conducting his own case study looking into the correlation between eye-movement and Autism, a condition he has become intimately familiar with and is eager to probe into.
